In this episode we meet a new character that not only has 0 back story, but one that the writers didn't fully think through introducing, but absolutely needed to ruffle up some feathers on the team and shake things up. Who is she? Where did she come from? How is she connected to the team of elite lifeguards?? It's all a total mystery, but we have a feeling Mitch knows a thing or two...if we can find him.
